Terms of Service — Ratudan Survivors

These terms apply to the game Ratudan Survivors ("the Game"), developed by Rodrigo Antunes (Lisbon, Portugal), in every version: browser (antunescode.com, itch.io, CrazyGames), desktop executables, Android app and the Discord Activity. By playing the Game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not play.

1. The Game

The Game is offered free of charge, "as is", for personal and non-commercial entertainment. Features, balance, items, cards and rankings may change, be reset or be removed at any time, with or without notice.

2. Accounts

You can play as a guest (anonymous account). Guests appear in the global leaderboards with an automatic nickname that can be changed. You may sign in with e-mail and password or a Google account to keep your progress in the cloud (not available on CrazyGames, where everyone plays as a guest). You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the nickname you choose. Nicknames that are offensive, hateful, impersonate others or contain personal data may be blocked, changed or removed.

3. Virtual items

Coins, skins, cards, upgrades and any other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property. They exist only inside the Game and may be lost if you clear your browser data or if the Game is reset.

4. Fair play

Do not cheat, modify the Game, tamper with network requests, submit fake scores, exploit bugs or attack the Game's services. Scores and accounts that break these rules may be removed from the ranking or blocked without notice.

5. Discord

When you play inside Discord you must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The Game is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Discord.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, its code and original content belong to Rodrigo Antunes. Some art assets are used under license from their creators and may not be extracted, copied or redistributed.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without warranties of any kind, and the developer is not liable for any loss of data, progress or other damages arising from its use or unavailability.

8. Changes and contact
