Terms of Service — Sorriso Brilhante

These terms apply to the game Sorriso Brilhante ("the Game"), developed by Rodrigo Antunes (PixelPerBits, Lisbon, Portugal), in every version: browser (antunescode.com, itch.io, CrazyGames), Windows and Android. By playing the Game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not play.

1. The Game

The Game is free of charge and provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Levels, characters, items and features may change, be reset or be removed in future versions, with or without notice.

2. Platforms

When you play on CrazyGames, itch.io or an app store you must also follow their terms of service. The Game is not made, endorsed or sponsored by those platforms. Ads in the CrazyGames version are provided by CrazyGames.

3. Not medical advice

The Game is a cartoon simulation made for fun. Its procedures are simplified and are not dental or medical advice. For the health of your teeth, see a real dentist.

4. Intellectual property

The Game, its code, art, music, sound effects, characters and original content belong to Rodrigo Antunes. You may share videos and screenshots of the Game, but you may not copy, extract or redistribute its files or assets.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without warranties of any kind, and the developer is not liable for any loss of progress or data or other damages arising from its use or unavailability.
