Privacy Policy — Colors of Me

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains what data the game Colors of Me ("the Game") uses, in all its versions (browser on antunescode.com and itch.io, CrazyGames, Windows desktop and Android). The data controller is Rodrigo Antunes, Lisbon, Portugal — contact: rodrigoka4@gmail.com.

1. Data we collect

None. The Game has no accounts, no login, no leaderboard and no servers of its own. We do not collect your name, e-mail, location, contacts, payment data, microphone or camera, and there is no third-party analytics.

2. Data stored on your device

Your progress (finished levels, stars, achievements, collected items) and your settings (language, volume, key bindings) are saved only on your own device, in the browser storage (localStorage) or in the app's data folder. This data never leaves your device in the browser, desktop and Android versions. Clearing your browser or app data deletes it.

3. CrazyGames

In the CrazyGames version, your progress may be saved to your CrazyGames account (or the browser, when playing as a guest) through the CrazyGames SDK, so you can continue on other devices. CrazyGames also shows ads in that version through its own SDK. That processing is done by CrazyGames under the CrazyGames privacy policy. The other versions of the Game have no ads.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted on Vercel, and itch.io hosts its own copy of the Game. Like any website, their servers may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) under their own privacy policies.

5. Your rights

Since we do not hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For data kept by CrazyGames, use the options in your CrazyGames account. Questions: rodrigoka4@gmail.com. You may also contact your data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).

6. Children

The Game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
